Toyoharu Tsutsui		 Toyoharu Served as Head of Tokyo office and Senior Managing Director of Credit Suisse Japan, followed by General Manager of Equity Division at Morgan Stanley Japan. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he had a successful career at Nomura Securities. He was also a board member of Japan Securities Dealers Association.
He established Capital Partners Co., Ltd. in 1999, and acquired 100% of Prudential Financial Advisors Securities Co., Ltd. in Japan from U.S. Prudential Financial in May 2003.
The corporate name was changed to Capital Partners Securities Co., Ltd afterward and Toyoharu became the President and CEO.
He was inaugurated as Chairman of Japan Vietnam Cultural Association in 2006.

Takamichi Arata		 Takamichi became Executive Vice President and COO in June 2008.
Prior to joining Capital Partners, he was an Executive Director and a Statutory Auditor at Nomura Securities.
He was also an Executive Managing Director at Nomura Trust & Banking, a Director at Nomura Asset Management, and an Advisor at Nomura Securities.

Senior Managing Director
Hiroshi Nagami		 Hiroshi became Senior Managing Director (Head of Portfolio Sales Division) in July 2011. Prior to joining Capital Partners in December 2004 and became Senior Managing Executive Officer, he had a successful career at Nomura Securities.

Bernard Pouliot		 Bernard has been our Outside Director since November 2004.
After a successful career at the National Bank of Canada Hong Kong Branch, he served as a Group Managing Director for the Chinney Alliance Group, and afterward became Chairman and CEO of Quam Limited in 1998.
Statutory Auditor
Osamu Nakagawa		 He has been our Statutory Auditor since April 2005.
Prior to joining Capital Partners, he served as Senior Auditor for Daiichi Securities, Tsubasa Securities, and UFJ Tsubasa Securities(presently Mitsubishi UFJ Securities).

Tetsujiro Hayashi		 He has been our External Auditor since June 2008. Prior to joining Capital Partners, he was President of Dai-ichi Leasing, and President of Sohgo Housing. He also served as General Manager, Director, and Executive Director at Dai-Ichi Mutual Life Insurance beforehand. He is currently an Executive Director for Y’s Table Corporation.
